autostart

when using sxhkd, I created a sxhkd.desktop and it worked perfectly, but it doesn't make sense to create .desktop for command line applications, there could be a file in config/lingmoos/lingmoos to put autostart scripts, in my case I have to set Even the keyboard language, we can use the same approach as bspwm and other windows managers
