Single-pixel lines are almost invisible on high resolution displays

GNSS track, distance rings and potentially other one pixel wide (cosmetic) lines are difficult to see on high resolution displays - full HD tablet and phone screens and similar.

Proposal: Set the line width in physical units rather than pixels.
