[Bug]: Date format issue in exercise history

Describe the bug

in the exercise history popup, dates are rendered with an extra "+01:00".

That unnecessary, ugly, and uses screen real estate that is then missing to show the actual reps and weights, making more scrolling necessary

How can I reproduce the bug?

Open any exercise history during a workout
