The only thing missing from this app (to me anyway) is a way to setup % based workouts (nSuns, Boring but big and other variations of 5/3/1)
What's required:
When choosing an exercise we would need to be able to choose our 1RM and to then choose how many reps at what % of our 1RM each set would be
We would need to be able to set the minimum number of reps required on our heaviest load for our 1RM to be increased by X lbs (automated calculator using complicated evaluation methods not required if done this way)
We would need to be able to tell what weight the % is rounded to (2.5, 5 or 10 lbs)
Example workout from Boring But Big
1RM is 205lbs
Weight is rounded to the nearest 5 lbs
Workout goal is:
75% x 5 (155lbs)
85% x 3 (175lbs)
95% x 1+ (195lbs)
5 sets of 75% x 5 (155lbs)
Upon achieving 3 reps at 95%, 1RM is increased by 5 lbs, if goal is not achieved then the same workout is repeated the next time this day comes up
