Installation from Source - some additional installation guidance steps would help

I'm using Ubuntu 18.04

When I ran composer install I was presented with quite a few prompts for input of config settings (userIDs, passwords, IP addresses, file locations etc) of which I didn't know what the right/wrong answers might be. Some of these were for PostgreSQL but in any case some additional installation step/guidance in the README file might make new-comers to Lexic more successful in getting it installed.

Perhaps even a separate installation guide file should be included in the repository itself so when people download it they get the latest install instructions. But IMHO, those instructions should be for someone who may be using LXD already but who have never installed PostgreSQL or Lexic before.
