Summary: fix variable scoping in Test-WorkflowBotTokenHealth.ps1 so branch-protection GraphQL check resolves the repository name correctly. Validation: local script execution passes and WorkflowBotTokenDrillWorkflowContract.Tests.ps1 passes.
