question about template shape for FAUST and SCAPE dataset

I know that the vts (GT correspondences) file is related to the template shape, as mentioned here. However, from the dataset repository, I couldn't find the template shape. Where could I download the template shape for FAUST dataset and SCAPE dataset, respectively?
