Architecture Decision Records

This directory captures the major architectural and product decisions behind the current GitHub Portfolio Reviewer Agent.

These records complement DEVLOG.md:

• DEVLOG.md explains what changed and when
• ADRs explain why a specific decision was made, what alternatives were considered, and what consequences follow from that choice
