STADEM currently includes the function STADEMtoSCOBI() which is used to format STADEM posteriors so that they can be fed into the SCOBI R package for further run decomposition. However, SCOBI, at least in its current format, is no longer in use and has been replaced by EASE. The function could be considered for removal, or at least stashed away.
