I think this project "needs paint". It's not quite there yet. The repo is misnamed; you include files that are not needed (node_modules, test.js; time.js, etc.); your package.json is missing dependencies (mongoose); your source references code that isn't there (mongo.js); there are no tests.

In short, this project still needs a bit of work to get over the finish line.

Please continue to work on this project until these issues are addressed. Leave a comment on this issue when your repository is ready for me to review again.
