Tools/CompareTo-Parent does not work with paths with parentheses ()

The closing parentheses is probably what causes it the most. But any path (with parentheses) as first parameter will fail at line 518.

The committed solution does not work in all cases. This requires more in-depth testing. Re-opening this issue for tracking.
