[Feature] Add precise 45 or 90 degree angles by holding down the Shift key as you drag the line tool

The Line tool lets you draw lines by dragging from one point on the screen and releasing in another.
Hold "Shift" key to create lines in a 45° angle when using the line tool and make straight lines.
