Extract a boxe from an image

hi, i need to extract the two red boxe and i would use your code to do it but when i execute it i have a bad result. Down here my image

Even if i extracted one only big red boxe instead of two smaller, it's ok still.
Can you please help me?

hi, i did it in something like 50k images (15 videos) without gloves and 50k images (13 videos) with gloves.
In every photo i remove the green/purple/red boxe (red in the photo above) and the landmarks and i cut all the photos only with the hands, so the result was like this

i'm taking back this images from my .ppt file of my thesis at my university (Catania) so however this is a more clearly example:
