Add the ability to use the application on systems without an NVIDIA GPU

When comparing CPU only with GPU environments, it has been requested to allow collecting data for systems that do not have a GPU.
Current version will exit if no GPU is detected.

Code has already been completed, will close this once I release the updated version that adds this support.
