Add a parser integration with oxigraph

Implement a compatibility layer for oxigraph, covering parsing Jelly files. This would be analogous to the integration that there are already is for sophia: https://github.com/Jelly-RDF/jelly.rs/blob/58740e35738c435c0a93f74f3903f2ad714266a4/src/to_rdf/sophia.rs

Note that oxigraph/rio is deprecated, the development is now done in the oxrdf, oxttl, oxrdfxml and oxrdfio crates in oxigraph/oxigraph
