question about indentation-tab rule

Does the tab rule kick in also if people use exactly four spaces (consistently) for indentation?

If not, can we make it so?

The tab rule just looks for the presence of tab characters as whitespace. I can add a new feedback type of four_spaces or modify tab to trigger when four spaces are used consistently. What do you think?

Is the purpose of this to identify editors using a Tab -> 4 spaces tab rule?

If so, is it suffice to trigger when every space-prefixed line is evenly divisible by 4?

The purpose is to identify anyone who has consistent indentation that is not exactly two spaces. The most common of these are tab, 4 spaces, and 8 spaces. I don't know if anyone would chose anything else.
