The <html> tag in the login <iframe> is focusable


Makes the page less usable via keyboard only / mixed controls.

- Couldn't mitigate with `tabindex = -1` on `<html>`
- `insert` & `tabindex` on `<iframe>` is not an option
- `<html>` focus border can be hidden with `color : transparent` but is still focusable

Login form could be put in main page however this problem  
is will likely come up with other ( future ) panels as well ..
