Start live IP address command

Hi, for the _startLive command, is it possible to start a live stream from a VPS server, or is it only possible from a local IP address ?

I also have another question: I don't understand what you mean in the start_live command section with the 'normal mode' and the 'origin live mode.' I tried to remove the 'stitching' section, but I got an error that told me the format of my request was not valid.
