Type of reason not appear above Status Pending

but the dropbox not appear

• Version of the plugin :
  1.7.3

• Version of your GLPI :
  10.0.11

• Steps to reproduce (which actions have you made) :
  Installed the plugin, went to Dropdowns -> Pending reasons and add some

• Expected result :
  Edit a ticket status, select pending select the type of reason

• Actual result :
  Just show a textbox for Reason and a datebox for Postponement date

• URL of the page :

Hello, you must use the pending reasons into GLPI /front/pendingreason.php for define the type of reason

Profile super-admin, and checked the rights too...
It works on Answer, if check mark as pending, but directly on ticket form it not appear

Bonjour,

Je rencontre le même problème. Je suis en super-admin avec tous les droits sur le plugin mais dès que je mets un ticket en attente je n'ai que le champ 'Raison' et le champ 'Date de report' qui apparaissent.

Par ailleurs si je rend le champ 'Raison' obligatoire j'ai un message d'erreur lorsque que j'enregistre le ticket dans avec un statut différent de 'En attente'.

Same issue for me. It would help a lot if we could put tickets on hold from right panel, with a dropdown that lists pending reasons contained either in plugin, or from GLPI's pending reasons.

Glpi 10.0.15 / More Tickets 1.7.4 - preproduction
Glpi 9.5.13 / More Tickets 1.6.1 - production

In production environment > more tickets configuration
Three options are mandatory :

• Report date
• Waiting type (a dropdown)
• Waiting reason

In my preproduction environment > more tickets configuration
There are only two mandatory options :

• Postponement date
• Waiting reason

But the "Pending Reasons" dropdown doesn't appear as mandatory

In preproduction, previous tickets imported from production has no more waiting type mandatory option

Is it possible to make a correspondance between former "Waiting type" and new "Pending reasons" dropdown ?

Is it possible to add "Pending reasons" (dropdown) as mandatory ?
