using sofa in a medical simulation task

hi there,
we do a task about medical simulation for our colleage and after some researches we get to that sofa will save a lot of time cuz it has already the objects we needed instead we downoading it and volumetrize it using gmsh
but are all features we wanna are found in sofa or we need to do some features by ourselves

yes most of the features you are mentioning are available in the public version version available here on this github repository.
Some specific features need a licensing: https://infinytech3d.com/licenses/

From your list the main feature missing will be blood flow simulation.
