Move post-login interactions to second screen

Currently, the login fields are on the main page with the who_am_i request. We probably should authenticate the user with a who_am_i request and then take them to another screen to interact with Harvest data. See http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/apps/hh965453.aspx#required_login.
