Add 'show only in cart' button to the tables

Like the sorting issue, this is easy to do on the Collections table because it is fully loaded, but the other 3 tables being lazy loaded makes this a more difficult proposition. Because the sorting and ordering for those tables, they have an assigned page which would change based on the show only and sort column chosen.
