Logo needed for wp.org listing

https://wordpress.org/plugins/link-roundups/ needs a display logo and a better background.

We can source a new background from the Disclaimers plugin's bland INN header: https://wordpress.org/plugins/disclaimers/

And then I guess make the logo a white link or stacked set of links with that drop shadow on a color in the Labs color palette?
