Lo L2 - Only do sputtering correction on 90 degree maps

Algorithm Description:

From the Mapping Algorithm Doc, the sputtering correction should only be applied to 90 degree maps.

Need to investigate if we are making maps with combined PSET data or only using 90 degree psets.
Based on that investigation, make a plan to only apply the sputtering correction to 90 degree maps.
