Evaluate feasibility of adding Recording & Playback feature

While this would be considered an "advanced" feature and mocktail was designed to be "minimal", it would be great to have as an alternative to manually defining mocks, which can be very time-consuming and tedious. This issue is to explore whether such a feature would be possible to implement with mocktail's design and hybrid support for standard HTTP & gRPC.
