PythonWin64builds build some python pkgs under Win 64bit. Where is the pkgs? It is under Releases tab. There's no source code in this repo. Python 3.11 2022-10-03 uploaded Python 3.11 pkgs using Py311rc2. I found this version is much faster than before. Great to migrate Python versions!
