Support for Revit below 2025 version #169

Question
Current installer works on Revit 2025, 2026 all references to Rhino are upgraded to version 8,
NetTopologySuite 2.6.0
only
System.Drawing.Common" Version="7.0.0"
had to remain older - this version was used because RhinoInside.Revit? was using this version
we will keep this way until Revit 2024 or older is required
further investigation for older version is required after conference paper review submission
Test file
currently we use BuildAlls but this is minimalistic version without few repo and these need to be added before new deploy is created
