Usability
The review feature allows a voter to indicate that they have reviewed a contest they wish to undervote, making the undervote more explicit. However, this feature does not lock (or make read only) the selections, nor does this feature only appear for contests that are under voted. I am wondering if this feature can be made more usable, or perhaps remove it completely.
Mandatory
When the review checkbox is checked, all the selections are set to be non-mandatory. However, since the selections are not locked, they may be changed, which invokes the makeExclusive code which will reset the mandatory flag. This will result in a contradictory state of the being both reviewed and mandatory, which should not happen.
