Add filter to data to exclude preprints older than 3 months #1
Description
We want preprints in the UI list to be those with a posting date no older than 3 months (from the date of the rxivist snapshot at https://zenodo.org/record/3382325 i.e. August 30 2019).
Posting date is available in the rxivist database as the "posted" field in the "articles" table -- Rich Abdill confirmed it never changes and is always the "v1" date.
For this version (static, based on rxivist snapshot of aug 30 2019), I propose excluding preprints with "posted" value of May 29, 2019 or earlier.
We may wish to include an option in the search to undo this filtering step, e.g. '[ ] include all preprints (not checked: lists include only preprints posted since May 30 2019 (inclusive)' in case people wish to see all the data.
