Server not starting

Hi! Seems like server cannot start and not visible in game.
CPU: ryzen1770x
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.2
RAM: 16gb

Docker settings:
CPU cores: 4
RAM: 8GB
SWAP: 3gb

Too many erros with shaders and another (see log)
Any suggestions what is going wrong?

Hey, thanks for reporting. The startup has always been accompanied by a lot of errors... so I am not sure if this is the problem. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no time at the moment to look into any issues. I will gladly accept any pull request, though.
