Bug: Navbar Logo Does Not Scroll to Top

What's broken?

Clicking the HerStack logo/button in the top-left corner of the navbar does not scroll the page back to the top or redirect users to the homepage section. The button currently performs no visible action.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the HerStack website
2. Scroll down the homepage
3. Click on the HerStack logo/button in the navbar
4. Observe that the page does not scroll back to the top

Expected behaviour

Clicking the HerStack logo/button should scroll the user back to the top of the page or redirect to the homepage hero section.

Actual behaviour

Nothing happens when the logo/button is clicked. The page remains at the same scroll position.

Hey! GSSoC'26 contributor here — I'd love to fix this bug.
Understanding the Problem:
Clicking the HerStack logo/button in the navbar currently performs no visible action. It should either scroll the user back to the top of the page or redirect to the homepage hero section, which is standard expected behaviour for navbar logos.
My Approach:

Locate the navbar logo/button element in the codebase
Attach a click handler that triggers window.scrollTo({ top: 0, behavior: 'smooth' }) for smooth scroll-to-top
If it's a link-based logo, ensure it points to /#home or the hero section anchor correctly
Test the fix across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on both desktop and mobile screen sizes
Ensure the fix doesn't interfere with any existing navbar behaviour

Why I'm a good fit:

This is a well-scoped bug with a clear fix — I can resolve it quickly and cleanly
I have experience with JavaScript scroll behaviour and navbar interactions
I'll test across multiple browsers and screen sizes before submitting the PR
