Make the jazzy branch run on Helmoro himself

The current Jazzy branch has not been tested on Helmoro HW, especially the following packages are not ported from Humble:

• Motor Controller package
• Lidar Package
• Camera package

Therefore it currently runs only in Simulation on this branch.

Goal: Jazzy runs on Helmoro

! There were some network connection issues over the lab network, which might be fixed with kilted, due to the possible change from DDS to Zenoh.

--> Possibly jump to Kilted directly?
