[Feature] Add OBS as tally import source

Not everyone uses vMix for their livestreams.

OBS also exposes which scene is live thru their Websocket server.

I would like to see a bridge for OBS as well (or a toggle in the settings to switch to OBS mode)

I would try to make it myself, but the code I see looks chaotic, which does not help with my motivation to do it myself.
I might try to do it another day, but since you know what you're doing and how stuff is supposed to work, I thought it might be better if you do it yourself when you have the time.

(also unsure how to correctly install the avatar prefab...)

I've looked at the code, and studied it.

I've not found a good way for me to implement a switch to go to OBS yet. The current code is not made for such thing.

So instead I just made a NodeJS script to implement it instead.

You can take it as reference for when making the OBS implementation in the app.

Download both files into the same folder, and then run npm install and then run npm start
Now it will connect to OBS and it will watch for the scene "Recording" to go program or preview, as that is what I use when I'm on my own OBS recording my VRChat camera for now.
I've not bother to make it use a config file, as this is just a Proof of concept, as im kind of hoping there will come an official implementation one day...

The implementation I wrote also checks if the scene is used in the program scene as a scene input source, for example when doing a picture in picture or a side-by-side (double box) scene
