Rationale
Like #17, this is a thing everyone implements in their game, and should really be done at the OS level. Should also be extensible to ease development of arbitrary RSP tasks.

Various Decompiled schedulers, each with their own feature sets
some sort of RTOS would not be useful at this level, but it might make for good documentation
