Bump @xmldom/xmldom and epubjs in /Build

Removes [@xmldom/xmldom](https://github.com/xmldom/xmldom). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [epubjs](https://github.com/futurepress/epub.js). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `@xmldom/xmldom`

Updates `epubjs` from 0.3.93 to 0.4.2
