Lab 2 ideal vs. measured resistance values and impact on percent error

Revisit VOPI and VOPC calculations and debug the issues with increasing percent error when replacing with measured resistance values.

Haven't thought this all the way through but I think this has to do with the impedance's of the equipment dominating the equation over the uncertainty of the components.

For the cases that ERRI is closer to the measured than the ideal, both the VOPI and VOPC where either both larger than or less than the VOM.

Measured the resistance of the multimeter when it was measuring voltage and got 11 MOhms not 10. Maybe the issue is that VOPC excludes measuring the true values of the instruments so it just is a roll of the dice which one is closer because it depends more on the incorrect assumptions of the impedance's of the instruments. /shrug

Also for the first couple VOPI and VOPC end up being basically equivalent and diverge at like the 6th decimal.
