Task Description

Based on the discrepancy identified in "Task 2: Identify Discrepancy in Memory Checking", implement the necessary code changes, configuration updates, or new modules to ensure memory checking in RooFlow functions as intended.
If the feature was missing, implement it according to the design discovered or inferred in previous tasks.

Acceptance Criteria

• Memory checking functionality is correctly implemented or fixed in the RooFlow codebase.
• The solution adheres to the project's existing coding standards and architectural patterns.
• All new or modified code is well-commented where necessary.
• Preliminary unit/integration tests are written if applicable and feasible within this task's scope.
