Add CI to all parsers linked from the Readme, build a reference test script/dataset for binsparse.

Let's build a test script we can run in CI which takes a test parser executable as input and tests it. This would enable us to do continuous integration testing when we release new versions of Binsparse. A sample script is here: https://github.com/GraphBLAS/binsparse-reference-c/tree/main/test
