Special handling of Xenium 5k?

Hi,

Thanks for your great work in the paper and making this repo open source! I was wondering if you did any special handling of the HEST-1k data containing Xenium 5k data (e.g. the FFPE Human Prostate Adenocarcinoma with 5K Human Pan Tissue and Pathways Panel dataset), since most of the Xenium data in HEST-1k is from the smaller Xenium panel. Or did you decide that focusing your training on HVGs was sufficient to account for the additional genes in the 5k panel?
