Undoing a staged deconstruction downgrades entities

If using the staged deconstruction tool to remove an upgraded entity and then realise you need to undo this, it reverts to the previous stage's version of the entity. Video reference

This requires a more sophisticated undo, so in essence this would be a feature request.

I'll mark it as such, but it might be a while before this gets implemented
