gdal2tiles_parallel.py: Create tiles with an option for an upper-left point of origin (WMTS) #5
By default, gdal2tiles_parallel.py creates tiles with a lower-left point of origin, which follows the TMS convention.
Add functionality to change this point of origin to upper-left, which follows the WMTS specification, at a users input on the command line.
