Log-Archive-Tool

Simple bash script for archiving logs (e.g. /var/log)

Usage: log-archive <log-directory>

The script will generate new directory in tar.gz format, including files from indicated directory.

For accesibility in a whole system, put script into: /usr/local/bin/.
