Have a lists feature that is build up from hashtags #1633

Feature request:
Moshido on mobile has a nice feature to create lists for a multitude of "hashtags". For example when wanting to see all kind of software engineering stuff, I can create a list with the tags "#software #coding" and more.
This gives me a nice way of filtering the fediverse feed on interesting "topics" across users.
Currently using/installed the Tuba version 0.10.13 on Ubuntu/Linux from snap store
