Testing: Support targeting Github Enterprise as well #5

It appears I can set the api baseUrl and proxyUrl properties in the config (to for example to our internal GHE instance) but changes don't actually get pushed to it And also some parts of the UI still seem to link to github.com. It would help is a great deal to iterate with integrating git-proxy if we could target GHE internally for evaluation and testing purposes.
