Make education and work experience an actual timeline

I think it would be nicer and require less clicks to add a timeline that shows the user both my school and work experience
At the same time, the languages and skills section should be moved. Since there should be no more tabs in the about me section for all the information to be available to see in one go, without additional clicks required from.the user.
The skill section needs to be reworked anyways (defined in issue #20).
Also don't forget to do #19 either before or with this issue.

Idea / Inspiration

An idea for this could be a timeline from side-to-side of the interface (left is older, right is newer). It should show a lot but be scrollable with smooth scrolling and highlight the events as we scroll through them. When clicking on them, more info should be shown as either some kind of tooltip or simply in a section below where all the descriptions (and more info) could show up. If description is under the timeline, it should be a smooth

Maybe school and work could be separated, school on the bottom and work on top (or vise-versa).
