Great job with everything so far. One feature I liked a lot from CoTypist was that it built a context cache from my writing and screenshots so it was better able to learn how I write and the things I write often.

I can second that the context cache from my writing made a huge difference for me with CoTypist. I have fully switched to Cotabby at this point because this is definitely the way forward but wanted to throw my hat into this feature idea. Would love to see this added to Cotabby.
