RPI01 ps5 doesn't sleep when stream is closed when using stream argument.

I am using rpi01 with the stream command:

/home/pi/chiaki-rpi/build/gui/chiaki stream PS5-XXX 192.168.1.6

In settings I have this:

disconnect_action=sleep

but when the window is closed or when I end the stream with R3-O the ps5 doesn't go into sleep mode.
I can probably fix this myself but I can't seem to find where this command is sent.
