Unable to get separate scores for different selection conditions #59
Description
When I try (by manually editing the .json file) to run the pipeline with multiple selection conditions, rather than getting two sets of fitness scores for each condition, I am getting exactly the same scores (tsv's, plots, etc) for each condition. I get a similar result using the GUI. However it works fine if I just run the conditions separately, but then I can't really combine/ compare the scores.
I think this is some issue with the syntax of the .json file - do you have a demo .json with 2+ conditions (not replicates) that I could edit for my own runs? Attached is my config file if it is easier to see the issue that way.
