Not getting texts from those sending to me and others

Friends, more than 1, have sent messages to me, and did include others.

I never get the messages.

They are sending from iphones.

This is a deal breaker in keeping your application

Expected behavior

I expect to get ALL texts sent to me

Actual behavior

I do not get texts sent to me
