BUG: Figure out / re-enable browserstack.

All of BS is now failing with:

Disabling until we can get a handle on what's going so, so wrong...

Ryan, I tried copying the env vars set by Travis and ran tests on BrowserStack Automate. Seems to work fine.

export BROWSER_STACK_BRANCH=master

I've opened up a WIP PR with BS re-enabled -- #35 -- nothing has changed in terms of my credentials in months.

Everything fails with some variation of:
